I was initially concerned about the outdated decor, but once I tried the food, I was blown away. The evening meal was divine, with mouthwatering steak and a delectable chocolate torte. Breakfast was equally impressive, a help-yourself feast with all the hot items you could imagine. the food alone would make me recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and smiley, which made us feel welcome. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of well-prepared dishes and appealing vegetarian options. the location of the hotel was convenient for our city trip.

The room was warm and noisy, especially because we were located above the bar area. the bed was only okay, nothing special.

The restaurant here was nice with very good food, we both ordered hot dishes.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this pet-friendly hotel. My room was neat and warm, there were an iron, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the recently refurbished bathroom which was super clean and well-equipped. The bed in the room was very comfortable, with quality linen that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel itself had excellent facilities and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast provided was delicious, with options including crispy bacon that satisfied my morning cravings.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, with no major issues or areas that needed improvement.

All was fairly clean, I liked very good staff and food. The restaurant had warm food. I had a wonderful stay and will be returning here soon, thank you.

The rooms may need updating, but they offer a quiet and comfortable stay. The reception staff is welcoming and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Breakfast is a highlight, with a varied selection of tasty options. Plus, there's a lovely view from some rooms, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

Be aware that the water pressure may be low when the hotel is busy.

Everything was good, magnificent location in places that were above the reach of the cleaners, the staff were exceptional. The continental breakfast was outstanding, at a reasonable price. Honestly no complaints.

The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely atmosphere in the bar area. The location was convenient, near the bypass, supermarket, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast where they accommodated our special request for porridge. we would be happy to stay again when next in the area.

Loved the atmosphere of this pet-friendly hotel, unbeatable location and beautiful rooms. All in all it's overall clean place, they have comfortable beds. The exceptional service combined with the outstanding food. In fact, there is free internet.

Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Clwyd Theatr Cymru Theatre.

Although there were no specific views mentioned, the surrounding area is known for its beautiful countryside, perfect for walks and exploration.
